Psalm 98

YLT 1 A Psalm. Sing ye to Jehovah a new song, For wonders He hath done, Given salvation to Him hath His right hand and His holy arm. NIV 1 Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. YLT 2 Jehovah hath made known His salvation, Before the eyes of the nations, He hath revealed His righteousness, NIV 2 The LORD has made his salvation known and revealed his righteousness to the nations. YLT 3 He hath remembered His kindness, And His faithfulness to the house of Israel, All ends of earth have seen the salvation of our God. NIV 3 He has remembered his love and his faithfulness to the house of Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. YLT 4 Shout to Jehovah, all the earth, Break forth, and cry aloud, and sing. NIV 4 Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth, burst into jubilant song with music; YLT 5 Sing to Jehovah with harp, With harp, and voice of praise, NIV 5 make music to the LORD with the harp, with the harp and the sound of singing, YLT 6 With trumpets, and voice of a cornet, Shout ye before the king Jehovah. NIV 6 with trumpets and the blast of the ram's horn-- shout for joy before the LORD, the King. YLT 7 Roar doth the sea and its fulness, The world and the inhabitants in it. NIV 7 Let the sea resound, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it. YLT 8 Floods clap hand, together hills cry aloud, NIV 8 Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy; YLT 9 Before Jehovah, For He hath come to judge the earth, He judgeth the world in righteousness, And the people in uprightness! NIV 9 let them sing before the LORD, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples with equity.
