I call to you, LORD, come quickly to me; hear me when I call to you.
2 Que suba a tu presencia mi plegariacomo una ofrenda de incienso;que hacia ti se eleven mis manoscomo un sacrificio vespertino.

May my prayer be set before you like incense; may the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice.
3 SEÑOR, ponme en la boca un centinela;un guardia a la puerta de mis labios.

Set a guard over my mouth, LORD; keep watch over the door of my lips.
4 No permitas que mi corazón se incline a la maldad,ni que sea yo cómplice de iniquidades;no me dejes participar de banquetesen compañía de malhechores.

Do not let my heart be drawn to what is evil so that I take part in wicked deeds along with those who are evildoers; do not let me eat their delicacies.
5 Que la justicia me golpee,que el amor me reprenda;que el ungüento de los malvadosno perfume mi cabeza,pues mi oración está siempre en contra de sus malas obras.

Let a righteous man strike me—that is a kindness; let him rebuke me—that is oil on my head. My head will not refuse it, for my prayer will still be against the deeds of evildoers.
6 Cuando sus gobernantes sean lanzados desde los despeñaderos,sabrán que mis palabras eran bien intencionadas.

Their rulers will be thrown down from the cliffs, and the wicked will learn that my words were well spoken.
7 Y dirán: «Así como se dispersa la tierracuando en ella se abren surcos con el arado,así se han dispersado nuestros huesos a la orilla del sepulcro».

They will say, “As one plows and breaks up the earth, so our bones have been scattered at the mouth of the grave.”
8 En ti, SEÑOR Soberano, tengo puestos los ojos;en ti busco refugio; no dejes que me maten.

But my eyes are fixed on you, Sovereign LORD; in you I take refuge—do not give me over to death.
9 Protégeme de las trampas que me tienden,de las trampas que me tienden los malhechores.

Keep me safe from the traps set by evildoers, from the snares they have laid for me.
10 Que caigan los impíos en sus propias redes,mientras yo salgo bien librado.

Let the wicked fall into their own nets, while I pass by in safety.
