Titus 2:1-6

NKJV 1 But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine: NIV 1 You must teach what is in accord with sound doctrine. NKJV 2 that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience; NIV 2 Teach the older men to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, and sound in faith, in love and in endurance. NKJV 3 the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things-- NIV 3 Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. NKJV 4 that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, NIV 4 Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, NKJV 5 to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed. NIV 5 to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God. NKJV 6 Likewise exhort the young men to be sober-minded, NIV 6 Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled.
