13 Deja que cuelguen de cada lado los cuarenta y seis centímetros
del material restante, de modo que el tabernáculo quede completamente cubierto.

14 Completa la cubierta con una capa protectora de pieles de carnero curtidas y otra capa de cuero de cabra de la mejor calidad.

15 »Para el armazón del tabernáculo, construye soportes de madera de acacia.

16 Cada soporte deberá medir cuatro metros con sesenta centímetros de largo, por sesenta y nueve centímetros de ancho,

17 y tendrá dos estacas debajo de cada soporte. Todos los soportes tienen que ser idénticos.

18 Construye veinte de esos soportes para sostener las cortinas del lado sur del tabernáculo.

19 Haz también cuarenta bases de plata, pondrás dos bases debajo de cada soporte y harás que las estacas encajen firmemente en las bases.

20 Para el lado norte del tabernáculo construye otros veinte soportes,

21 con sus cuarenta bases de plata (dos bases por cada soporte).

22 Construye seis soportes para la parte posterior —es decir, el lado occidental del tabernáculo—

23 junto con dos soportes más para reforzar las esquinas de la parte posterior del tabernáculo.

In this chapter a description is given of the tabernacle itself, and first of its inward curtains, of their number, matter, length, and breadth, and the manner of coupling them together, Ex 26:1-6, and then of the outward curtains of it, their number, matter, length, and breadth, and coupling, and how disposed of, Ex 26:7-13, and next of the two coverings of the tabernacle, of rams' skins and badgers' skins, Ex 22:14, the boards for the tabernacle are also described, with their tenons and sockets, Ex 26:15-25 and the bars and rings for it, by which it was kept firm together, Ex 26:26-30, an account is given of the vail between the holy and the most holy place, Ex 26:31-35, and of the hanging for the door of the tabernacle, Ex 26:36,37.
