Trust in the LORD1 with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths2 straight.a3

Do not be wise in your own eyes;4 fear the LORD5 and shun evil.6

This will bring health to your body7 and nourishment to your bones.8

Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits9 of all your crops;

then your barns will be filled10 to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.11
