Wealth and riches1 are in his house, and his righteousness endures2 forever.

Even in darkness light dawns3 for the upright, for the gracious and compassionate and righteous4 man.a
5
Good will come to him who is generous and lends freely,5 who conducts his affairs with justice.
6
Surely he will never be shaken;6 a righteous man will be remembered7 forever.

He will have no fear of bad news; his heart is steadfast,8 trusting in the LORD.9

His heart is secure, he will have no fear;10 in the end he will look in triumph on his foes.11

He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor,12 his righteousness endures13 forever; his hornb will be lifted14 high in honor.
10
The wicked man will see15 and be vexed, he will gnash his teeth16 and waste away;17 the longings of the wicked will come to nothing.18
