The precepts of the LORD are right,1 giving joy2 to the heart. The commands of the LORD are radiant, giving light to the eyes.39
The fear of the LORD 4 is pure, enduring forever. The ordinances of the LORD are sure and altogether righteous.510
They are more precious than gold,6 than much pure gold; they are sweeter than honey,7 than honey from the comb.811
By them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward.
Who can discern his errors? Forgive my hidden faults.913
Keep your servant also from willful sins;10 may they not rule over me.11 Then will I be blameless,12 innocent of great transgression.
May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing13 in your sight, O LORD, my Rock14 and my Redeemer.15
