No one whose hope is in you will ever be put to shame,1 but they will be put to shame who are treacherous2 without excuse.
Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths;35
guide me in your truth4 and teach me, for you are God my Savior,5 and my hope is in you6 all day long.
Remember, O LORD, your great mercy and love,7 for they are from of old.
Remember not the sins of my youth8 and my rebellious ways;9 according to your love10 remember me, for you are good,11 O LORD.
Good and upright12 is the LORD; therefore he instructs13 sinners in his ways.
He guides14 the humble in what is right and teaches them15 his way.
All the ways of the LORD are loving and faithful16 for those who keep the demands of his covenant.1711
For the sake of your name,18 O LORD, forgive19 my iniquity,20 though it is great.
Who, then, is the man that fears the LORD?21 He will instruct him in the way22 chosen for him.
He will spend his days in prosperity,23 and his descendants will inherit the land.24
