Then I will teach transgressors your ways,1 and sinners2 will turn back to you.314
Save me4 from bloodguilt,5 O God, the God who saves me,6 and my tongue will sing of your righteousness.715
O Lord, open my lips,8 and my mouth will declare your praise.
You do not delight in sacrifice,9 or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings.
The sacrifices10 of God area a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart,11 O God, you will not despise.
In your good pleasure make Zion12 prosper; build up the walls of Jerusalem.1319
Then there will be righteous sacrifices,14 whole burnt offerings15 to delight you; then bulls16 will be offered on your altar.
