"Kings and armies flee2 in haste; in the camps men divide the plunder.313
Even while you sleep among the campfires,a4 the wings of [my] dove are sheathed with silver, its feathers with shining gold."
When the Almightyb scattered5 the kings in the land, it was like snow fallen on Zalmon.615
The mountains of Bashan7 are majestic mountains;8 rugged are the mountains of Bashan.
Why gaze in envy, O rugged mountains, at the mountain where God chooses9 to reign, where the LORD himself will dwell forever?1017
The chariots11 of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands;12 the Lord [has come] from Sinai into his sanctuary.
When you ascended13 on high,14 you led captives15 in your train; you received gifts from men,16 even fromc the rebellious17-- that you,d O LORD God, might dwell there.
Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior,18 who daily bears our burdens.19 "Selah"
Our God is a God who saves;20 from the Sovereign LORD comes escape from death.2121
Surely God will crush the heads22 of his enemies, the hairy crowns of those who go on in their sins.
