He who overcomes1 will, like them, be dressed in white.2 I will never blot out his name from the book of life,3 but will acknowledge his name before my Father4 and his angels.

He who has an ear, let him hear5 what the Spirit says to the churches.

7 "To the angel of the church in Philadelphia6 write: These are the words of him who is holy7 and true,8 who holds the key of David.9 What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. 8 I know your deeds.10 See, I have placed before you an open door11 that no one can shut.
