and cursed1 the God of heaven2 because of their pains and their sores,3 but they refused to repent of what they had done.412
The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates,5 and its water was dried up to prepare the way6 for the kings from the East.713
Then I saw three evila spirits8 that looked like frogs;9 they came out of the mouth of the dragon,10 out of the mouth of the beast11 and out of the mouth of the false prophet.1214
They are spirits of demons13 performing miraculous signs,14 and they go out to the kings of the whole world,15 to gather them for the battle16 on the great day17 of God Almighty.
15"Behold, I come like a thief !18 Blessed is he who stays awake19 and keeps his clothes with him, so that he may not go naked and be shamefully exposed."2016
Then they gathered the kings together21 to the place that in Hebrew22 is called Armageddon.2317
The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air,24 and out of the temple25 came a loud voice26 from the throne, saying, "It is done!"2718
Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder28 and a severe earthquake.29 No earthquake like it has ever occurred since man has been on earth,30 so tremendous was the quake.
The great city31 split into three parts, and the cities of the nations collapsed. God remembered32 Babylon the Great33 and gave her the cup filled with the wine of the fury of his wrath.3420
Every island fled away and the mountains could not be found.3521
From the sky huge hailstones36 of about a hundred pounds each fell upon men. And they cursed God37 on account of the plague of hail,38 because the plague was so terrible.
