And Jesussaid to them, "Howmanyloaves do you have?" And they said, "Seven, and a fewsmallfish."

And He directed the people to sitdown on the ground;

and He took the sevenloaves and the fish; and 1givingthanks, He broke them and started giving them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people.

And they allate and were satisfied, and they picked up what was leftover of the brokenpieces, sevenlarge2basketsfull.

And those who ate were fourthousandmen, besideswomen and children.
