39 Y estuvieron allí con David tres días comiendo y bebiendo, porque sus hermanos habían preparado para ellos.

1 Chronicles 12:39

And there they were with David three days, eating and
drinking
Keeping a festival, to testify their joy on this occasion:

for their brethren had prepared for them;
not the inhabitants of Hebron only, but all the country round about, brought in provisions on this joyful occasion; otherwise the men of Hebron would not have been able to have provided what was sufficient for such a vast number, as appears by what follows.

37 Y del otro lado del Jordán, de los de Rubén y de los de Gad y de la media tribu de Manasés, ciento veinte mil con toda suerte de armas de guerra.

38 Todos estos hombres de guerra, dispuestos para guerrear, vinieron con corazón perfecto a Hebrón, para poner a David por rey sobre todo Israel; y asimismo todos los demás de Israel tenían un mismo corazón para poner a David por rey.

40 Y asimismo los que les eran vecinos, hasta Isacar y Zabulón y Neftalí, trajeron pan en asnos, y camellos, y mulos, y bueyes; comida, y harina, masas de higos, y pasas, vino, y aceite, bueyes y ovejas en abundancia, porque en Israel había alegría.
