Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord's will is.318

always giving thanks7 to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Submit to one another8 out of reverence for Christ.
Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands9 as you do to the Lord.1023
For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church,11 his body, of which he is the Savior.
