Jeremiah 1:10

10 "See, I have appointed you this day over the nations and over the kingdoms, To pluck up and to break down, To destroy and to overthrow, To build and to plant."

Jeremiah 4:26

26 I looked, and behold, the fruitful land was a wilderness, And all its cities were pulled down Before the LORD , before His fierce anger.

Jeremiah 18:7

7 "At one moment I might speak concerning a nation or concerning a kingdom to uproot, to pull down, or to destroy it;
