3 When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to Him, "They have no wine."
15 so that whoever believes will in Him have eternal life. 16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
29 "He who has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom's voice. So this joy of mine has been made full.
36 "He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him."
11 She said to Him, "Sir, You have nothing to draw with and the well is deep; where then do You get that living water?
17 The woman answered and said, "I have no husband." Jesus said to her, "You have correctly said, 'I have no husband '; 18 for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; this you have said truly."
32 But He said to them, "I have food to eat that you do not know about."
44 For Jesus Himself testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country.
52 So he inquired of them the hour when he began to get better. Then they said to him, "Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him."
2 Now there is in Jerusalem by the sheep gate a pool, which is called in Hebrew Bethesda, having five porticoes.
5 A man was there who had been ill for thirty-eight years. 6 When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had already been a long time in that condition, He said to him, "Do you wish to get well?" 7 The sick man answered Him, "Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up, but while I am coming, another steps down before me."
24 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.
26 "For just as the Father has life in Himself, even so He gave to the Son also to have life in Himself;
36 "But the testimony which I have is greater than the testimony of John; for the works which the Father has given Me to accomplish -the very works that I do -testify about Me, that the Father has sent Me.
38 "You do not have His word abiding in you, for you do not believe Him whom He sent. 39 "You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me; 40 and you are unwilling to come to Me so that you may have life.
42 but I know you, that you do not have the love of God in yourselves.
9 "There is a lad here who has five barley loaves and two fish, but what are these for so many people?"
40 "For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day."
47 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes has eternal life.
53 So Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in yourselves. 54 "He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.
68 Simon Peter answered Him, "Lord , to whom shall we go? You have words of eternal life.
20 The crowd answered, "You have a demon! Who seeks to kill You?"
6 They were saying this, testing Him, so that they might have grounds for accusing Him. But Jesus stooped down and with His finger wrote on the ground.
12 Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life."
26 "I have many things to speak and to judge concerning you, but He who sent Me is true; and the things which I heard from Him, these I speak to the world."
41 "You are doing the deeds of your father." They said to Him, "We were not born of fornication; we have one Father: God."
48 The Jews answered and said to Him, "Do we not say rightly that You are a Samaritan and have a demon?" 49 Jesus answered, "I do not have a demon; but I honor My Father, and you dishonor Me.
52 The Jews said to Him, "Now we know that You have a demon. Abraham died, and the prophets also; and You say, 'If anyone keeps My word, he will never taste of death.'
41 Jesus said to them, "If you were blind, you would have no sin; but since you say, 'We see,' your sin remains.
10 "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.
16 "I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will hear My voice; and they will become one flock with one shepherd.
18 "No one has taken it away from Me, but I lay it down on My own initiative. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This commandment I received from My Father."
20 Many of them were saying, "He has a demon and is insane. Why do you listen to Him?"
17 So when Jesus came, He found that he had already been in the tomb four days.
6 Now he said this, not because he was concerned about the poor, but because he was a thief, and as he had the money box, he used to pilfer what was put into it.
8 "For you always have the poor with you, but you do not always have Me."
35 So Jesus said to them, "For a little while longer the Light is among you. Walk while you have the Light, so that darkness will not overtake you; he who walks in the darkness does not know where he goes. 36 "While you have the Light, believe in the Light, so that you may become sons of Light." These things Jesus spoke, and He went away and hid Himself from them.
48 "He who rejects Me and does not receive My sayings, has one who judges him; the word I spoke is what will judge him at the last day.
8 Peter said to Him, "Never shall You wash my feet!" Jesus answered him, "If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me."
29 For some were supposing, because Judas had the money box, that Jesus was saying to him, "Buy the things we have need of for the feast "; or else, that he should give something to the poor.
35 "By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."
21 "He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will disclose Myself to him."
30 "I will not speak much more with you, for the ruler of the world is coming, and he has nothing in Me;
13 "Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.
22 "If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin.
24 "If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would not have sin; but now they have both seen and hated Me and My Father as well.
12 "I have many more things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.
15 "All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes of Mine and will disclose it to you.
21 "Whenever a woman is in labor she has pain, because her hour has come; but when she gives birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish because of the joy that a child has been born into the world. 22 "Therefore you too have grief now; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy away from you.
30 "Now we know that You know all things, and have no need for anyone to question You; by this we believe that You came from God."
33 "These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world."
5 "Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.
13 "But now I come to You; and these things I speak in the world so that they may have My joy made full in themselves.
10 Simon Peter then, having a sword, drew it and struck the high priest's slave, and cut off his right ear; and the slave's name was Malchus.
7 The Jews answered him, "We have a law, and by that law He ought to die because He made Himself out to be the Son of God."
10 So Pilate said to Him, "You do not speak to me? Do You not know that I have authority to release You, and I have authority to crucify You?" 11 Jesus answered, "You would have no authority over Me, unless it had been given you from above; for this reason he who delivered Me to you has the greater sin."
15 So they cried out, "Away with Him, away with Him, crucify Him!" Pilate said to them, "Shall I crucify your King?" The chief priests answered, "We have no king but Caesar."
31 but these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name.
5 So Jesus said to them, "Children, you do not have any fish, do you?" They answered Him, "No."
