16 But not all have mishma’at (obedience) to the Besuras HaGeulah. For Yeshayah says (YESHAYAH 53:1): MI HE’EMIN LISHMU’ATEINU ("Who has believed that which is heard, our report?" [cf. DEVARIM 9:4]
