1 Corinthians 3:10-11

NIV 10 By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as a wise builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should build with care. NRS 10 According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a foundation, and someone else is building on it. Each builder must choose with care how to build on it. NIV 11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. NRS 11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one that has been laid; that foundation is Jesus Christ.

NIV 16 Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? NRS 16 Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you? NIV 17 If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple. NRS 17 If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy that person. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple. NIV 18 Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become “fools” so that you may become wise. NRS 18 Do not deceive yourselves.
