Psalms 93

JUB

NIV

1 The LORD reigns; he has clothed himself with majesty; the LORD has clothed himself with strength; he has girded himself: he has established the world also, that it cannot be moved.
1 The LORD reigns, he is robed in majesty; the LORD is robed in majesty and armed with strength; indeed, the world is established, firm and secure.
2 From this time on, thy throne shall never be moved; thou <em>art</em> eternal.
2 Your throne was established long ago; you are from all eternity.
3 The rivers have lifted up, O LORD; the rivers have lifted up their voice; the rivers lift up their waves.
3 The seas have lifted up, LORD, the seas have lifted up their voice; the seas have lifted up their pounding waves.
4 The LORD on high <em>is</em> mightier than the noise of many waters, <em>yea</em>, <em>than</em> the mighty waves of the sea.
4 Mightier than the thunder of the great waters, mightier than the breakers of the sea— the LORD on high is mighty.
5 Thy testimonies are very sure; holiness becomes thy house, O LORD, for ever.
5 Your statutes, LORD, stand firm; holiness adorns your house for endless days.
