12 Et il me dit: Fils de l'homme, vois-tu ce que font dans les ténèbres les anciens de la maison d'Israël, chacun dans sa chambre pleine de figures? Car ils disent: L'Eternel ne nous voit pas, l'Eternel a abandonné le pays.

He said to me, “Son of man, have you seen what the elders of Israel are doing in the darkness, each at the shrine of his own idol? They say, ‘The LORD does not see us; the LORD has forsaken the land.’ ”
