1 Yǎgè a , chuàngzào nǐde Yēhéhuá , Yǐsèliè a , zàochéng nǐde nà wèi , xiànzaì rúcǐ shuō , nǐ búyào haìpà , yīnwei wǒ jiùshú le nǐ . wǒ céng tí nǐde míng zhào nǐ , nǐ shì shǔ wǒde .
1 But now, this is what the LORD says— he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
2 Nǐ cóng shuǐ zhōng jīngguò , wǒ bì yǔ nǐ tóng zaì . nǐ tāng guo jiāng hé , shuǐ bì bù màn guo nǐ . nǐ cóng huǒ zhōng xíng guo , bì bù beì shāo , huǒyàn yĕ bù zhe zaì nǐ shēnshang .
2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.
3 Yīnwei wǒ shì Yēhéhuá nǐde shén , shì Yǐsèliè de shèng zhĕ nǐde jiù zhǔ . wǒ yǐjing shǐ Āijí zuò nǐde shújià , shǐ Gǔshí hé Xībā daìtì nǐ .
3 For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I give Egypt for your ransom, Cush and Seba in your stead.
4 Yīn wǒ kàn nǐ wèi bǎo wèi zūn , yòu yīn wǒ aì nǐ , suǒyǐ wǒ shǐ rén daìtì nǐ , shǐ liè bāng rén tì huàn nǐde shēngmìng .
4 Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life.
5 Búyào haìpà , yīn wǒ yǔ nǐ tóng zaì . wǒ bì lǐng nǐde hòuyì cóng dōngfāng lái , yòu cóng xī fāng zhāo jù nǐ .
5 Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west.
6 Wǒ yào duì bĕi fāng shuō , jiāo chūlai . duì nánfāng shuō , búyào jū liú . jiāng wǒde zhòng zǐ cóng yuǎnfāng daì lái , jiāng wǒde zhòng nǚ cóng dìjí lǐng huí ,
6 I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ and to the south, ‘Do not hold them back.’ Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth—
7 Jiù shì fán chēngwèi wǒ míng xià de rén , shì wǒ wèi zìjǐ de róngyào chuàngzào de , shì wǒ zuò chéng , suǒ zào zuò de .
7 everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.”
8 Nǐ yào jiāng yǒu yǎn ér xiā , yǒu ĕr ér lóng de mín dōu daì chūlai .
8 Lead out those who have eyes but are blind, who have ears but are deaf.
9 Rènpíng wàn guó jùjí , rènpíng zhòng mín huìhé , qízhōng shuí néng jiāng cǐ shēng míng , bìng jiāng xiānqián de shì shuō gĕi wǒmen tīng ne . tāmen kĕyǐ daì chū jiànzhèng lái , zì xiǎn wèi shì , huòzhĕ tāmen tīngjian biàn shuō , zhè shì zhēn de .
9 All the nations gather together and the peoples assemble. Which of their gods foretold this and proclaimed to us the former things? Let them bring in their witnesses to prove they were right, so that others may hear and say, “It is true.”
10 Yēhéhuá shuō , nǐmen shì wǒde jiànzhèng , wǒ suǒ jiǎnxuǎn de púrén . jì shì zhèyàng , biàn kĕyǐ zhīdào , qiĕ xìnfú wǒ , yòu míngbai wǒ jiù shì Yēhéhuá , zaì wǒ yǐqián méiyǒu zhēn shén , ( zhēn yuánwén zuò zào zuò de ) zaì wǒ yǐhòu yĕ bì méiyǒu .
10 “You are my witnesses,” declares the LORD, “and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me.
11 Wéiyǒu wǒ shì Yēhéhuá , chú wǒ yǐwaì méiyǒu jiù zhǔ .
11 I, even I, am the LORD, and apart from me there is no savior.
12 Wǒ céng zhǐshì , wǒ céng zhĕngjiù , wǒ céng shuō míng . bìngqiĕ zaì nǐmen zhōngjiān méiyǒu bié shén , suǒyǐ Yēhéhuá shuō , nǐmen shì wǒde jiànzhèng , wǒ yĕ shì shén .
12 I have revealed and saved and proclaimed— I, and not some foreign god among you. You are my witnesses,” declares the LORD, “that I am God.
13 Zì cóng yǒu rìzi yǐlái , wǒ jiù shì shén . shuí yĕ bùnéng jiù rén tuōlí wǒ shǒu , wǒ yào xíngshì , shuí néng zǔ zhǐ ne .
13 Yes, and from ancient days I am he. No one can deliver out of my hand. When I act, who can reverse it?”
14 Yēhéhuá nǐmen de jiùshú zhǔ , Yǐsèliè de shèng zhĕ rúcǐ shuō , yīn nǐmen de yuángù , wǒ yǐjing dǎfa rén dào Bābǐlún qù , bìngqiĕ wǒ yào shǐ Jiālèdǐ rén rú taó mín , dōu zuò zìjǐ xǐlè de chuán xià lái .
14 This is what the LORD says— your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “For your sake I will send to Babylon and bring down as fugitives all the Babylonians,in the ships in which they took pride.
15 Wǒ shì Yēhéhuá nǐmen de shèng zhĕ , shì chuàngzào Yǐsèliè de , shì nǐmen de jūnwáng .
15 I am the LORD, your Holy One, Israel’s Creator, your King.”
16 Yēhéhuá zaì cāng hǎi zhōng kāi dào , zaì dà shuǐ zhōng kāi lù .
16 This is what the LORD says— he who made a way through the sea, a path through the mighty waters,
17 Shǐ chēliàng , mǎ pǐ , jūn bīng , yǒng shì dōu chūlai , yītóng tǎng xià bú zaì qǐlai , tāmen miè méi hǎoxiàng xī miè de dēnghuǒ .
17 who drew out the chariots and horses, the army and reinforcements together, and they lay there, never to rise again, extinguished, snuffed out like a wick:
18 Yēhéhuá rúcǐ shuō , nǐmen búyào jìniàn cóng qián de shì , yĕ búyào sīxiǎng gǔ shí de shì .
18 “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.
19 Kàn nǎ , wǒ yào zuò yī jiàn xīn shì , rújīn yào fāxiàn , nǐmen qǐbù zhīdào ma . wǒ bì zaì kuàngyĕ kāi dàolù , zaì shā mò kāi jiāng hé .
19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.
20 Yĕdì de zǒushòu bì zūnzhòng wǒ , yĕ gǒu hé tuó niǎo yĕ bì rúcǐ , yīn wǒ shǐ kuàngyĕ yǒu shuǐ , shǐ shā mò yǒu hé , hǎo cìgĕi wǒde bǎixìng wǒde xuǎn mín hē .
20 The wild animals honor me, the jackals and the owls, because I provide water in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland, to give drink to my people, my chosen,
21 Zhè bǎixìng shì wǒ wèi zìjǐ suǒ zào de , hǎo shùshuō wǒde mĕidé .
21 the people I formed for myself that they may proclaim my praise.
22 Yǎgè a , nǐ bìng méiyǒu qiúgào wǒ . Yǐsèliè a , nǐ dǎo yànfán wǒ .
22 “Yet you have not called on me, Jacob, you have not wearied yourselves for me, Israel.
23 Nǐ méiyǒu jiāng nǐde yáng daì lái gĕi wǒ zuò Fánjì , yĕ méiyǒu yòng jìwù zūnjìng wǒ . wǒ méiyǒu yīn gōngwù shǐ nǐ fú laó , yĕ méiyǒu yīn rǔxiāng shǐ nǐ yànfán .
23 You have not brought me sheep for burnt offerings, nor honored me with your sacrifices. I have not burdened you with grain offerings nor wearied you with demands for incense.
24 Nǐ méiyǒu yòng yínzi wèi wǒ mǎi chāngpú , yĕ méiyǒu yòng jìwù de zhīyóu shǐ wǒ bǎozú , dǎo shǐ wǒ yīn nǐde zuìè fú laó , shǐ wǒ yīn nǐde zuìniè yànfán .
24 You have not bought any fragrant calamus for me, or lavished on me the fat of your sacrifices. But you have burdened me with your sins and wearied me with your offenses.
25 Wéiyǒu wǒ wèi zìjǐ de yuángù túmǒ nǐde guo fàn , wǒ yĕ bù jìniàn nǐde zuìè .
25 “I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more.
26 Nǐ yào tí xǐng wǒ , nǐ wǒ kĕyǐ yītóng biànlùn , nǐ kĕyǐ jiāng nǐde lǐ chén míng , zì xiǎn wéi yì .
26 Review the past for me, let us argue the matter together; state the case for your innocence.
27 Nǐde shǐzǔ fàn zuì , nǐde shīfu wéibeì wǒ .
27 Your first father sinned; those I sent to teach you rebelled against me.
28 Suǒyǐ wǒ yào rǔ méi shèng suǒ de shǒulǐng , shǐ Yǎgè chéngwéi zhòuzǔ , shǐ Yǐsèliè chéngwéi rǔmà .
28 So I disgraced the dignitaries of your temple; I consigned Jacob to destruction and Israel to scorn.
