Leviticus 22:24-33

LXX 24 That which has broken testicles, or is crushed or gelt or mutilated, —thou shalt not offer them to the Lord, neither shall ye sacrifice them upon your land. NIV 24 You must not offer to the LORD an animal whose testicles are bruised, crushed, torn or cut. You must not do this in your own land, LXX 25 Neither shall ye offer the gifts of your God of all these things by the hand of a stranger, because there is corruption in them, a blemish in them: these shall not be accepted for you. NIV 25 and you must not accept such animals from the hand of a foreigner and offer them as the food of your God. They will not be accepted on your behalf, because they are deformed and have defects.’ ” LXX 26 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, NIV 26 The LORD said to Moses, LXX 27 As for a calf, or a sheep, or a goat, whenever it is born, then shall it be seven days under its mother; and on the eighth day and after they shall be accepted for sacrifices, a burnt-offering to the Lord. NIV 27 “When a calf, a lamb or a goat is born, it is to remain with its mother for seven days. From the eighth day on, it will be acceptable as a food offering presented to the LORD. LXX 28 And a bullock and a ewe, it and its young, thou shalt not kill in one day. NIV 28 Do not slaughter a cow or a sheep and its young on the same day. LXX 29 And if thou shouldest offer a sacrifice, a vow of rejoicing to the Lord, ye shall offer it so as to be accepted for you. NIV 29 “When you sacrifice a thank offering to the LORD, sacrifice it in such a way that it will be accepted on your behalf. LXX 30 In that same day it shall be eaten; ye shall not leave of the flesh till the morrow: I am the Lord. NIV 30 It must be eaten that same day; leave none of it till morning. I am the LORD. LXX 31 And ye shall keep my commandments and do them. NIV 31 “Keep my commands and follow them. I am the LORD. LXX 32 And ye shall not profane the name of the Holy One, and I will be sanctified in the midst of the children of Israel. I the Lord that sanctifies you, NIV 32 Do not profane my holy name, for I must be acknowledged as holy by the Israelites. I am the LORD, who made you holy LXX 33 who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I the Lord. NIV 33 and who brought you out of Egypt to be your God. I am the LORD.”
