31 Allora Gesù disse loro: Questa notte voi tutti avrete in me un’occasion di caduta; perché è scritto: Io percoterò il pastore, e le pecore della greggia saranno disperse.

Then Jesus told them, “This very night you will all fall away on account of me, for it is written: “ ‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’
