15 then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest, and he shall bring her offering for her, the tenth <em>part</em> of an ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense thereon; for it <em>is</em> a present of jealousy, a present of remembrance, which brings iniquity to memory.

New International Version NIV

15 then he is to take his wife to the priest. He must also take an offering of a tenth of an ephah of barley flour on her behalf. He must not pour olive oil on it or put incense on it, because it is a grain offering for jealousy, a reminder-offering to draw attention to wrongdoing.
