33 Fils de Japhleth: Pasac, Bimhal et Aschvath. Ce sont là les fils de Japhleth. -

34 Fils de Schamer: Achi, Rohega, Hubba et Aram. -

35 Fils d'Hélem, son frère: Tsophach, Jimna, Schélesch et Amal.

36 Fils de Tsophach: Suach, Harnépher, Schual, Béri, Jimra,

37 Betser, Hod, Schamma, Schilscha, Jithran et Beéra.

38 Fils de Jéther: Jephunné, Pispa et Ara.

39 Fils d'Ulla: Arach, Hanniel et Ritsja. -

40 Tous ceux-là étaient fils d'Aser, chefs des maisons de leurs pères, hommes d'élite et vaillants, chefs des princes, enregistrés au nombre de vingt-six mille hommes, en état de porter les armes et d'aller à la guerre.

INTRODUCTION TO 1 CHRONICLES 7

In this chapter are given the genealogies of the tribes of Issachar, 1Ch 7:1-5 of Benjamin, 1Ch 7:6-12 Naphtali, 1Ch 7:13, of Manasseh, 1Ch 7:14-19 of Ephraim, 1Ch 7:20-29 and of Asher, 1Ch 7:30-40, even of the chief men of them; and their numbers are reckoned as in the times of David. The tribes of Dan and Zebulun are omitted.
