17 E il figliuolo di Geconia prigione fu Sealtiel;
18 di cui furono figliuoli Malchiram, e Pedaia, e Seneassar, e Iecamia, ed Hosama, e Nedabia.
19 Ed i figliuoli di Pedaia furono Zerubbabel e Simi; ed i figliuoli di Zerubbabel furono Mesullam, ed Hanania; e Selomit, lor sorella.
20 Ed i figliuoli di Mesullam furono Hasuba, Ohel, e Berechia, ed Hasadia, e Iusab-hesed; cinque in tutto.
21 Ed i figliuoli di Hanania furono Pelatia ed Isaia; i figliuoli di Refaia, i figliuoli di Arnan, i figliuoli di Obadia, e i figliuoli di Secania.
22 E Semaia fu figliuolo di Secania; ed i figliuoli di Semaia furono Hattus, e Igheal, e Baria, e Nearia, e Sefat; sei in tutto.

This chapter gives an account of the sons of David, born to him both in Hebron and in Jerusalem, 1Ch 3:1-9, and of his successors in the kingdom, to the Babylonish captivity, 1Ch 3:10-16, and of his family, to the coming of the Messiah, 1Ch 3:17-24.
