And when it wasday, the magistratessent the serjeants,saying , Letthosemengo .

And the keeper of the prisontoldthissayingtoPaul*, The magistrates have sentto let you go : nowthereforedepart , and goinpeace.

ButPaulsaiduntothem, They have beatenusopenlyuncondemned,beingRomans*, and have cast us intoprison;andnow do they thrustusoutprivily?nayverily;but let them comethemselves and fetchusout .

And the serjeantstoldthesewords unto the magistrates:and they feared , when they heardthat they wereRomans.

And they came and besoughtthem,and brought them out , and desired them to depart out of the city.

And they went out of the prison, and enteredinto the house of Lydia:and when they had seen the brethren, they comfortedthem,anddeparted .
