1 El Señor
continúa su desafío
»¿Sabes cuándo dan a luz las cabras salvajes?
¿Has visto nacer a los ciervos en su ambiente natural?

2 ¿Sabes cuántos meses llevan a las crías en su vientre?
¿Eres consciente del momento de parto?

3 Se agachan para dar a luz
y tener sus crías.

4 Estas crecen en campo abierto
y luego se van del hogar para no regresar.

5 »¿Quién le da libertad al burro salvaje?
¿Quién desató sus cuerdas?

6 Yo lo puse en el desierto;
su hogar es la tierra baldía.

7 Detesta el ruido de la ciudad
y no tiene arriero que le grite.

INTRODUCTION TO JOB 39

This chapter treats of various creatures, beasts and birds, which Job had little knowledge of, had no concern in the making of them, and scarcely any power over them; as of the goats and hinds, Job 39:1-4; of the wild ass, Job 39:5-8; of the unicorn, Job 39:9-12; of the peacock and ostrich, Job 39:13-18; of the horse, Job 39:19-25; and of the hawk and eagle, Job 39:26-30.
