And rose up , and thrusthim out of the city,andledhimunto the brow of the hillwhereon*theircity was built , that they might casthim down headlong .

Buthepassingthrough the midst of them went his way ,

And came downtoCapernaum, a city of Galilee,andtaughtthem*on the sabbath days.

And they were astonishedathisdoctrine:forhiswordwaswithpower.

Andin the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an uncleandevil,and cried out with a loudvoice,

Saying , Let us alone;what have we to do with thee*, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroyus? I knowtheewho thou art ; the Holy One of God.

AndJesusrebukedhim,saying , Hold thy peace , andcome out ofhim.And when the devil had thrownhimin the midst, he came out ofhim, and hurthimnot.

And they wereall*amazed,andspakeamongthemselves,saying , What a word is this!forwithauthorityandpower he commandeth the uncleanspirits,and they come out .

And the fameofhim went outintoeveryplace of the country round about.

And he arose out of the synagogue, and enteredintoSimon'shouse.AndSimon's wife's motherwas taken with a greatfever;and they besoughthimforher.

And he stoodoverher, and rebuked the fever;and it lefther: and immediately she aroseandministered unto them.
