Proverbs 11:24-31

1One gives 2freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want.
3Whoever brings blessing 4will be enriched, and 5one who waters will himself be watered.
6The people curse him who holds back grain, but 7a blessing is on the head of him who 8sells it.
Whoever diligently seeks good seeks favor,[a] but evil comes to 9him who searches for it.
Whoever 10trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous will 11flourish like a green leaf.
Whoever 12troubles his own household will 13inherit the wind, and the fool will be servant to the wise of heart.
The fruit of the righteous is 14a tree of life, and whoever 15captures souls is wise.
If 16the righteous is repaid on earth, how much more the wicked and the sinner!
