Nehemías 7:61-65

61 Y éstos son los que subieron de Tel-mela, Tel-harsa, Querub, Adón, e Imer, los cuales no pudieron mostrar la casa de sus padres, ni su linaje, si eran de Israel:

62 Los hijos de Delaía, los hijos de Tobías, y los hijos de Necoda, seiscientos cuarenta y dos.

63 Y de los sacerdotes: los hijos de Habaía, los hijos de Cos, los hijos de Barzilai, el cual tomó mujer de las hijas de Barzilai galaadita, y se llamó del nombre de ellas.

64 Estos buscaron su registro de genealogías, y no se halló; y fueron echados del sacerdocio.

65 Y les dijo el Tirsata (o capitán ) que no comiesen de las ofrendas, hasta que hubiese sacerdote con Urim y Tumim.

Nehemiah having built the wall, and set up the doors, appointed two persons to take the charge of the city, and set watches for the safety of it, and to take special care about opening and shutting the gates of it, Ne 7:1-3, and concerned he was for the peopling of it, and having found a register of the first comers to it, gives their names, Ne 7:4-69 and some account of the freewill offerings made for the work they came about, Ne 7:70-73.
