9 who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus from all eternity, 21 Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from these things, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work. 17 so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work. 5 But you, be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry. 14 Alexander the coppersmith did me much harm ; the Lord will repay him according to his deeds. 18 The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed, and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom ; to Him be the glory forever and ever.
