Then Mosesassembledall the congregation of the sons of Israel, and said to them, "1These are the things that the LORD has commanded you to ado:
"2For sixdayswork may be done, but on the seventhday you shall have a holy day, 3a sabbath of completerest to the LORD; 4whoeverdoes any work on it shall be put to death.
"5You shall not kindle a fire in any of your dwellings on the sabbathday."
4Mosesspoke to all the congregation of the sons of Israel, saying, "This is the thingwhich the LORD has commanded, saying,
'6Take from among you a bcontribution to the LORD; whoever is of a willingheart, let him bring it as the LORD'Sccontribution: gold, silver, and dbronze,
and eblue, purple and scarlet material, finelinen, goats' hair,
and rams'skinsfdyedred, and porpoiseskins, and acaciawood,
and oil for lighting, and spices for the anointingoil, and for the fragrantincense,
and onyxstones and settingstones for the ephod and for the gbreastpiece.
'7Let everyskillfulman among you come, and makeall that the LORD has commanded:
the h8tabernacle, its tent and its covering, its hooks and its boards, its bars, its pillars, and its isockets;
the 9ark and its poles, the jmercyseat, and the curtain of the screen;
the 10table and its poles, and all its kutensils, and the bread of the lPresence;
the 11lampstand also for the light and its utensils and its lamps and the oil for the light;
and the 12altar of incense and its poles, and the 13anointingoil and the 14fragrantincense, and the screen for the doorway at the mentrance of the tabernacle;
1615the altar of burntoffering with its nbronzegrating, its poles, and all its outensils, the pbasin and its stand;
1716the hangings of the court, its pillars and its qsockets, and the screen for the gate of the court;
the pegs of the tabernacle and the pegs of the court and their cords;
the r17wovengarments for ministering in the holy place, the holygarments for Aaron the priest and the garments of his sons, to minister as priests.' "
