All the kings of the nations lie in state, each in his own tomb.619
But you are cast out7 of your tomb like a rejected branch; you are covered with the slain,8 with those pierced by the sword,9 those who descend to the stones of the pit.10 Like a corpse trampled underfoot,
you will not join them in burial,11 for you have destroyed your land and killed your people. The offspring12 of the wicked13 will never be mentioned14 again.
