Lift your eyes and look to the heavens:1 Who created2 all these? He who brings out the starry host3 one by one, and calls them each by name. Because of his great power and mighty strength,4 not one of them is missing.5

Why do you say, O Jacob, and complain, O Israel, "My way is hidden from the LORD; my cause is disregarded by my God"?6

Do you not know? Have you not heard?7 The LORD is the everlasting8 God, the Creator9 of the ends of the earth.10 He will not grow tired or weary,11 and his understanding no one can fathom.12

He gives strength13 to the weary14 and increases the power of the weak.
30
Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men15 stumble and fall;16
31
but those who hope17 in the LORD will renew their strength.18 They will soar on wings like eagles;19 they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.20
