" 'On the first of every month,1 present to the LORD a burnt offering of two young bulls,2 one ram3 and seven male lambs a year old, all without defect.412
With each bull there is to be a grain offering5 of three-tenths of an ephaha6 of fine flour mixed with oil; with the ram, a grain offering of two-tenths7 of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil;
and with each lamb, a grain offering8 of a tenth9 of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil. This is for a burnt offering,10 a pleasing aroma, an offering made to the LORD11 by fire.
With each bull there is to be a drink offering12 of half a hinb of wine; with the ram, a third of a hinc; and with each lamb, a quarter of a hin. This is the monthly burnt offering to be made at each new moon13 during the year.
Besides the regular burnt offering14 with its drink offering, one male goat15 is to be presented to the LORD as a sin offering.16
