You are my King1 and my God,2 who decreesa victories3 for Jacob.

Through you we push back4 our enemies; through your name we trample5 our foes.

I do not trust in my bow,6 my sword does not bring me victory;
7
but you give us victory7 over our enemies, you put our adversaries to shame.8

In God we make our boast9 all day long,10 and we will praise your name forever.11 "Selah"
