Peter's Sermon

14 But Peter, taking his stand with the eleven, raised his voice and declared to them: "Men of Judea and all you who live in Jerusalem, let this be known to you and give heed to my words. 20 "Go, stand and speak to the people in the temple the whole message of this Life." 32 "And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him." 11 Then they secretly induced men to say, "We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses and against God." 22 They said, "Cornelius, a centurion, a righteous and God-fearing man well spoken of by the entire nation of the Jews, was divinely directed by a holy angel to send for you to come to his house and hear a message from you." 37 you yourselves know the thing which took place throughout all Judea, starting from Galilee, after the baptism which John proclaimed. 44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message. 14 and he will speak words to you by which you will be saved, you and all your household.' 16 "And I remembered the word of the Lord , how He used to say, 'John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.' 42 As Paul and Barnabas were going out, the people kept begging that these things might be spoken to them the next Sabbath. 38 The policemen reported these words to the chief magistrates. They were afraid when they heard that they were Romans, 25 But Paul said, "I am not out of my mind, most excellent Festus, but I utter words of sober truth. 25 And when they did not agree with one another, they began leaving after Paul had spoken one parting word, "The Holy Spirit rightly spoke through Isaiah the prophet to your fathers,
