Ordinances for the People

1 "Now these are the ordinances which you are to set before them: 9 "If he designates her for his son, he shall deal with her according to the custom of daughters. 31 "Whether it gores a son or a daughter, it shall be done to him according to the same rule. 6 "You shall not pervert the justice due to your needy brother in his dispute. 3 Then Moses came and recounted to the people all the words of the LORD and all the ordinances; and all the people answered with one voice and said, "All the words which the LORD has spoken we will do!" 30 "Then you shall erect the tabernacle according to its plan which you have been shown in the mountain. 15 "You shall make a breastpiece of judgment, the work of a skillful workman; like the work of the ephod you shall make it: of gold, of blue and purple and scarlet material and fine twisted linen you shall make it. 29 "Aaron shall carry the names of the sons of Israel in the breastpiece of judgment over his heart when he enters the holy place, for a memorial before the LORD continually. 30 "You shall put in the breastpiece of judgment the Urim and the Thummim, and they shall be over Aaron's heart when he goes in before the LORD; and Aaron shall carry the judgment of the sons of Israel over his heart before the LORD continually.
