Young's Literal Translation
Therefore he treated Abram well for her sake; and gave him sheep and oxen and donkeys and male and female servants and female donkeys and camels.
Now Sarai, Abram's wife had borne him no children, and she had an Egyptian maid whose name was Hagar.
So Sarai said to Abram, "Now behold, the LORD has prevented me from bearing children. Please go in to my maid; perhaps I will obtain children through her." And Abram listened to the voice of Sarai.
After Abram had lived ten years in the land of Canaan, Abram's wife Sarai took Hagar the Egyptian, her maid, and gave her to her husband Abram as his wife.
And Sarai said to Abram, "May the wrong done me be upon you. I gave my maid into your arms, but when she saw that she had conceived, I was despised in her sight. May the LORD judge between you and me."
But Abram said to Sarai, "Behold, your maid is in your power; do to her what is good in your sight." So Sarai treated her harshly, and she fled from her presence.
He said, "Hagar, Sarai's maid, where have you come from and where are you going?" And she said, "I am fleeing from the presence of my mistress Sarai."
Abimelech then took sheep and oxen and male and female servants , and gave them to Abraham, and restored his wife Sarah to him.
"The LORD has greatly blessed my master, so that he has become rich; and He has given him flocks and herds, and silver and gold, and servants and maids, and camels and donkeys.
Now these are the records of the generations of Ishmael, Abraham's son, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah's maid, bore to Abraham;
Laban also gave his maid Zilpah to his daughter Leah as a maid.
Laban also gave his maid Bilhah to his daughter Rachel as her maid.
So she gave him her maid Bilhah as a wife, and Jacob went in to her.
Rachel's maid Bilhah conceived again and bore Jacob a second son.
When Leah saw that she had stopped bearing, she took her maid Zilpah and gave her to Jacob as a wife.
Leah's maid Zilpah bore Jacob a son.
Leah's maid Zilpah bore Jacob a second son.
Then Leah said, "God has given me my wages because I gave my maid to my husband." So she named him Issachar.
So the man became exceedingly prosperous, and had large flocks and female and male servants and camels and donkeys.
I have oxen and donkeys and flocks and male and female servants ; and I have sent to tell my lord, that I may find favor in your sight.""'
Now he arose that same night and took his two wives and his two maids and his eleven children, and crossed the ford of the Jabbok.
Then Jacob lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, Esau was coming, and four hundred men with him. So he divided the children among Leah and Rachel and the two maids.
He put the maids and their children in front, and Leah and her children next, and Rachel and Joseph last.
Then the maids came near with their children, and they bowed down.
and the sons of Bilhah, Rachel's maid: Dan and Naphtali;
and the sons of Zilpah, Leah's maid: Gad and Asher. These are the sons of Jacob who were born to him in Paddan-aram.
