Genesis 18:12; Genesis 24:3; Genesis 25:22; Genesis 41:21; Genesis 48:16 (New American Standard)

12 Sarah laughed to herself, saying, "After I have become old, shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?" 3 and I will make you swear by the LORD , the God of heaven and the God of earth, that you shall not take a wife for my son from the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I live, 22 But the children struggled together within her; and she said, "If it is so, why then am I this way?" So she went to inquire of the LORD . 21 "Yet when they had devoured them, it could not be detected that they had devoured them, for they were just as ugly as before. Then I awoke. 16 The angel who has redeemed me from all evil, Bless the lads; And may my name live on in them, And the names of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; And may they grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth."
