Dread came upon me, and trembling, And made all my bones shake.
"Shall a multitude of words go unanswered, And a talkative man be acquitted ?
"Would He contend with me by the greatness of His power ? No, surely He would pay attention to me.
"What counsel you have given to one without wisdom ! What helpful insight you have abundantly provided !
"By a great force my garment is distorted ; It binds me about as the collar of my coat.
"I thought age should speak, And increased years should teach wisdom.
"Because of the multitude of oppressions they cry out; They cry for help because of the arm of the mighty.
"Beware that wrath does not entice you to scoffing ; And do not let the greatness of the ransom turn you aside.
"The Almighty -we cannot find Him; He is exalted in power And He will not do violence to justice and abundant righteousness.
