Young's Literal Translation
So they took what Moses had commanded to the front of the tent of meeting, and the whole congregation came near and stood before the LORD.
"The priest shall look at him on the seventh day, and if in his eyes the infection has not changed and the infection has not spread on the skin, then the priest shall isolate him for seven more days.
"But if the bright spot remains in its place and does not spread, it is only the scar of the boil ; and the priest shall pronounce him clean.
"But if the bright spot remains in its place and has not spread in the skin, but is dim, it is the swelling from the burn ; and the priest shall pronounce him clean, for it is only the scar of the burn.
"If in his sight the scale has remained, however, and black hair has grown in it, the scale has healed, he is clean ; and the priest shall pronounce him clean.
and the priest who pronounces him clean shall present the man to be cleansed and the aforesaid before the LORD at the doorway of the tent of meeting.
"He shall take the two goats and present them before the LORD at the doorway of the tent of meeting.
"But the goat on which the lot for the scapegoat fell shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make atonement upon it, to send it into the wilderness as the scapegoat.
'Also you shall not have intercourse with any animal to be defiled with it, nor shall any woman stand before an animal to mate with it; it is a perversion.
'You shall not go about as a slanderer among your people, and you are not to act against the life of your neighbor ; I am the LORD.
'But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be placed before the priest and the priest shall value him; according to the means of the one who vowed, the priest shall value him.
'If, however, it is any unclean animal of the kind which men do not present as an offering to the LORD, then he shall place the animal before the priest.
