19 The angel answered and said to him, "I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God, and I have been sent to speak to you and to bring you this good news. 10 But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid ; for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all the people ; 18 So with many other exhortations he preached the gospel to the people. 18 "THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS UPON ME, BECAUSE HE ANOINTED ME TO PREACH THE GOSPEL TO THE POOR. HE HAS SENT ME TO PROCLAIM RELEASE TO THE CAPTIVES, AND RECOVERY OF SIGHT TO THE BLIND, TO SET FREE THOSE WHO ARE OPPRESSED, 43 But He said to them, "I must preach the kingdom of God to the other cities also, for I was sent for this purpose." 22 And He answered and said to them, "Go and report to John what you have seen and heard : the BLIND RECEIVE SIGHT, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, the POOR HAVE THE GOSPEL PREACHED TO THEM.

Ministering Women

1 Soon afterwards , He began going around from one city and village to another, proclaiming and preaching the kingdom of God. The twelve were with Him, 6 Departing, they began going throughout the villages, preaching the gospel and healing everywhere. 16 "The Law and the Prophets were proclaimed until John ; since that time the gospel of the kingdom of God has been preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it.
