15 And He began teaching in their synagogues and was praised by all. 31 And He came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and He was teaching them on the Sabbath; 3 And He got into one of the boats, which was Simon's, and asked him to put out a little way from the land. And He sat down and began teaching the people from the boat. 17 One day He was teaching; and there were some Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting there, who had come from every village of Galilee and Judea and from Jerusalem; and the power of the Lord was present for Him to perform healing. 6 On another Sabbath He entered the synagogue and was teaching; and there was a man there whose right hand was withered.

Instruction about Prayer

1 It happened that while Jesus was praying in a certain place, after He had finished, one of His disciples said to Him, "Lord , teach us to pray just as John also taught his disciples." 12 for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say."

Healing on the Sabbath

10 And He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath.

22 And He was passing through from one city and village to another, teaching, and proceeding on His way to Jerusalem. 26 "Then you will begin to say, 'We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets '; 47 And He was teaching daily in the temple; but the chief priests and the scribes and the leading men among the people were trying to destroy Him,

Jesus' Authority Questioned

1 On one of the days while He was teaching the people in the temple and preaching the gospel, the chief priests and the scribes with the elders confronted Him, 21 They questioned Him, saying, "Teacher, we know that You speak and teach correctly, and You are not partial to any, but teach the way of God in truth. 37 Now during the day He was teaching in the temple, but at evening He would go out and spend the night on the mount that is called Olivet. 5 But they kept on insisting, saying, "He stirs up the people, teaching all over Judea, starting from Galilee even as far as this place."
