Then when Herod saw that he had been tricked by the magi, he became very enraged, and sent and slew all the male children who were in Bethlehem and all its vicinity, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the magi.
and saying, "Lord, my servant is lying paralyzed at home, fearfully tormented."
But the centurion said, "Lord, I am not worthy for You to come under my roof, but just say the word, and my servant will be healed.
And Jesus said to the centurion, "Go ; it shall be done for you as you have believed." And the servant was healed that very moment.
"BEHOLD, MY SERVANT WHOM I HAVE CHOSEN ; MY BELOVED IN WHOM MY SOUL is WELL-PLEASED; I WILL PUT MY SPIRIT UPON HIM, AND HE SHALL PROCLAIM JUSTICE TO THE GENTILES.
and said to his servants, "This is John the Baptist ; he has risen from the dead, and that is why miraculous powers are at work in him."
And Jesus rebuked him, and the demon came out of him, and the boy was cured at once .
But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that He had done, and the children who were shouting in the temple, "Hosanna to the Son of David," they became indignant
