Young's Literal Translation
"Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets ; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill.
"For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished.
"In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for this is the Law and the Prophets.
"For all the prophets and the Law prophesied until John.
"Or have you not read in the Law, that on the Sabbath the priests in the temple break the Sabbath and are innocent ?
"Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law ?"
"On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets."
"Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites ! For you tithe mint and dill and cummin, and have neglected the weightier provisions of the law : justice and mercy and faithfulness ; but these are the things you should have done without neglecting the others.
