Young's Literal Translation
"Nevertheless , the people who live in the land are strong, and the cities are fortified and very large; and moreover, we saw the descendants of Anak there.
"I will smite them with pestilence and dispossess them, and I will make you into a nation greater and mightier than they."
Balaam replied to the servants of Balak, "Though Balak were to give me his house full of silver and gold, I could not do anything, either small or great, contrary to the command of the LORD my God.
'As for the western border, you shall have the Great Sea, that is, its coastline; this shall be your west border.
'And this shall be your north border: you shall draw your border line from the Great Sea to Mount Hor.
'The congregation shall deliver the manslayer from the hand of the blood avenger, and the congregation shall restore him to his city of refuge to which he fled; and he shall live in it until the death of the high priest who was anointed with the holy oil.
because he should have remained in his city of refuge until the death of the high priest. But after the death of the high priest the manslayer shall return to the land of his possession.
