15 "Los ancianos de la congregación pondrán sus manos sobre la cabeza del novillo delante del SEÑOR, y el novillo será degollado delante del SEÑOR.

Leviticus 4:15

And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands
upon the head of the bullock before the Lord
These must be two at least, some say three, and some say five ^F8; the more generally received notion is, that they were three of the sanhedrim ^F9; though the Targum of Jonathan makes them to be the twelve rulers of the twelve tribes:

and the bullock shall be killed before the Lord;
in the court near the altar of burnt offering, either by a priest, or Levite, or by a butcher, as the above Targum expresses it.

13 "Si es toda la congregación de Israel la que comete error, y el asunto pasa desapercibido a la asamblea, y hacen cualquiera de las cosas que el SEÑOR ha mandado que no se hagan, haciéndose así culpables,

14 cuando se llegue a saber el pecado que ellos han cometido, entonces la asamblea ofrecerá un novillo del ganado como ofrenda por el pecado, y lo traerán delante de la tienda de reunión.

15 "Los ancianos de la congregación pondrán sus manos sobre la cabeza del novillo delante del SEÑOR, y el novillo será degollado delante del SEÑOR.

16 "Entonces el sacerdote ungido traerá sangre del novillo a la tienda de reunión;

17 mojará el sacerdote su dedo en la sangre y la rociará siete veces delante del SEÑOR, frente al velo.
